Our vision is to expand into other regions, go into partnership with interested parties.
Our Mission is to empower the youth with a tool (knowledge) that enables them to create self employment. We equip the youth with more than one ways of self employment such as being

4. Sales Assistants
5. Instructors

7. Managers
8. Free Lancers etc

Leadership and Administration
The college is under the Management of Principal Riziki Awadh and a team of qualified instructors in beauty therapy and Hair dressing field.
The Principal takes part in lectures and demonstrations in the class
The college has 2 full time instructors and 3 part time instructors.
Quality Assurance
The college is a Full Registered (TVET) Institution in Kenya by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, and a registered International Examination Centre by City & Guilds Institute of London for Hair Dressing and Beauty Therapy courses.
Examination Results
We have professional qualified and experienced tutors so 95% to 100% students pass the International Examinations.
Good News!!
We use international syllabus which leads the students to sit for international Certificate Diploma or Advanced Diploma exams that the Principal and the college are members. This is the City & Guilds Institute of London.
Achievement
We have earned regional recognition by different organizations such as The Red Cross, Lions Club, religious institutions, and regional CDFs who sponsor groups to our college. The institution has also sponsored many students who are not able to pay fees over the years. We also train people with disabilities.
